    Alert Issued Regarding NCUA Survey Emails

    The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is warning credit union members about fraudulent emails pretending to come from the NCUA, which ask the recipient to participate in an "Online Survey" or "Member Survey." The emails even fraudulently promise a $40 compensation as an incentive to respond to the email.The emails are fraudulent, the NCUA warns, and may be an attempt to obtain confidential member information. The agency does not solicit such information from credit union members.This is phishing activity with no NCUA activity or approval. If you receive these emails, do not respond. If you have any questions or concerns please email the NCUA or contact us.

    Protect Your Identity

    Beware of any messages stating "your ATM/debit card has been deactivated." These are fraudulent. Do not reply to these messages. Instead, report this activity to us as soon as possible.
